We enjoyed our time last weekend in Scottsdale, even though it was a record breaking 100 degrees both days we were there. Yes, 100 degrees in March- it will be a long summer! We looked at some areas that we might want to live in, and a few houses to get an idea of what we are looking at in our range. Michael will be out there again next week and will look at some more then. I liked a couple of the houses, but it will take some getting used to- it is very different! I did really enjoy Scottsdale. It was a fun place and we ate some great food, thanks to King and Amy! We had a great time hanging out with Michael's cousin,
King, and his wife, Amy, and baby, London. I am excited to get to know them better when we move! Thats it for now! Much love!

Scottsdale
Michael and I are finally going to Scottsdale this weekend! We plan on looking at some houses, but I hope to relax a bit also. We have been so crazy busy lately, and I am ready for a little break. We still don't know the exact move date- could be the end of April or sometime in May. Being that I am a planner, it has been a bit difficult, but I trust that God will move us at just the right time.
Mr. and Mrs. Jason Weems
Congratulations to hailey and Jason! They were married on Saturday, March 10. We had a wonderful time celebrating with them and are so excited for them! hailey was one of my college roomies (we still refer to each other as roomies), and Jason was a good friend of ours in college. Well, he became more than friends with Hailey soon after graduation! :-) It was a lot of fun to see some old Baylor friends, and get down on the dance floor. The ceremony was perfect, and hailey, of course, looked gorgeous. Congrats you guys! We are so happy for you and pray many blessing on your marriage!

Sick...
It is 9:40 am, and I am already bored. I am home sick with a flu virus, and it is so hard for me to sit still and rest. It is also such a beautiful day to be stuck in bed. I think it is suppose to be around 80 degrees and sunny. Michael and I have been passing this cold/flu back and forth for the past few weeks. I finally went to the doctor yesterday when I could hardly move out of bed. She gave me some meds that seem to be helping treat the symtoms, but since it is a virus I just have to rest. Have I mentioned I am not good at that? I know there are a million things in the house I could go do/organize/clean, but that would kind of defeat the purpose of resting. I hope all of you enjoy this gorgeous day God has blessed us with! I will enjoy it through my window, and maybe just maybe I will rest outside for a bit :-)

Wedding Pictures
Well, we received all our wedding pictures last weekend and there are over 900 total!! Whoa! They did a great job! It will take a while to sort through them. I just tried to pick a few to post in a slideshow, and I became very overwhelmed! So, if you want to see the pictures, you will have to visit us :-)
We had a nice Valentines Day. I had the day off from work, so I was able to cook Michael dinner- our same menu as last year! Last year we broke up on Valentines Day, so this year we wanted to recreate a better memory. He brought me tulips, my favorite. We ate quickly, and then were off to watch some kidos for a church meeting. When we got home, Michael surprised me with cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory- very sweet ending to a sweet day!
Michael and I have been trading off being sick this last week. I feel yucky and tired during the day, and he feels yucky at night. We are trying to get healthy, but are still so busy. It is hard to stop or slow down. We are looking forward to the weekend, although, it is a busy one :-)

Sweet Maya Jane
Sweet Maya Jane is one of our two nieces and she is also our God child. She has such a special spirit about her and we are excited to love on her and pray for her as she grows up. And we of course, love and adore our other niece Kylie. She is such a precious and compassionate child. We are also excited to watch her grow, love on her, and pray for her. Michael is so great with the girls; he is going to make a great daddy someday! :-)
Family is such an awesome blessing from God, and we are definately blessed with great family!
